Call for Art­work
Trick­ster Art Gallery, Ken­neth Young Cen­ter and Com­mu­ni­ties for Pos­i­tive Youth Devel­op­ment are part­ner­ing to host an art exhi­bi­tion: Artists in Recov­ery.” We are look­ing for artists with lived expe­ri­ence of sub­stance use recov­ery to sub­mit art­work. We wel­come a wide vari­ety of themes that are inclu­sive but not lim­it­ed to: recov­ery, fam­i­ly, friends, cul­ture, nature, spir­i­tu­al­i­ty, his­to­ry, pol­i­tics and more. Art must be pho­tog­ra­phy, print, paint­ings or sculp­ture. All skill lev­els wel­come. Women, vet­er­ans, LGBTQIA+ peo­ple, those with dis­abil­i­ties, youth and peo­ple of col­or are encour­aged to sub­mit artwork.
