KYC’s Hus­tle for Health 5K Run/​Walk is our sig­na­ture fundrais­ing event that hon­ors our mis­sion and demon­strates our vision: that Togeth­er We Thrive. From pro­vid­ing ther­a­py to fam­i­lies nav­i­gat­ing chal­leng­ing times, to deliv­er­ing nutri­tious meals to home­bound old­er adults, to fos­ter­ing lead­er­ship oppor­tu­ni­ties among youth work­ing to cre­ate health­i­er com­mu­ni­ties for their peers — by div­ing in to the Hus­tle for Health, you’ll make a splash in our com­mu­ni­ties. Join us for a fun run or walk shell-ebra­tion. If you can’t make the par­ty in per­son, you can shore-ly join in the fun vir­tu­al­ly. How­ev­er you choose to par­tic­i­pate, we look for­ward to build­ing brighter com­mu­ni­ties togeth­er as we strive to raise $115,000 in sup­port of com­pre­hen­sive behav­ioral health pro­grams, old­er adult ser­vices, and com­mu­ni­ty health initiatives.

Whether you run, walk, or roll with us, we look for­ward to a beau­ti­ful day of cel­e­brat­ing the work we do together.

Enjoy a tru­ly per­son­al­ized 5K expe­ri­ence by join­ing in the cel­e­bra­tion vir­tu­al­ly! Head out on your favorite local walk­ing path on the sched­ule that works best for you. If a tread­mill is more your thing, that works too! How­ev­er you choose to cel­e­brate, don’t for­get to sport your trop­i­cal gear in sup­port of KYC’s pro­grams, and take a self­ie or even a short video to send our way.
