Working with Chronic Pain: A Trauma-Informed Approach

Psychotherapy has an important role in supporting individuals in exploring their relationship to their pain and internal experience. We will identify the ways that trauma and attachment wounding impact our experience of pain and discuss interventions to impact each individual’s relationship with their internal experience of pain.
