Work­ing with Chron­ic Pain: A Trau­ma-Informed Approach

Psy­chother­a­py has an impor­tant role in sup­port­ing indi­vid­u­als in explor­ing their rela­tion­ship to their pain and inter­nal expe­ri­ence. We will iden­ti­fy the ways that trau­ma and attach­ment wound­ing impact our expe­ri­ence of pain and dis­cuss inter­ven­tions to impact each indi­vid­u­al’s rela­tion­ship with their inter­nal expe­ri­ence of pain.
