QPR Mental Health Training
Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) – these are the three simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. This training will help you learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. This 60 – 90-minute training is offered in English.
