Sarah Cameron is a hearty and welcoming Midwesterner who's all about helping people transform their lives, one empowering partnered conversation at a time. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Tobacco Treatment Specialist, she's got a knack for guiding others toward their best selves. Sarah is a member of the prestigious Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT). Think of her as a conversation ninja who helps people discover their own path to health behavior change – no directing or persuading required!

In 2024, Sarah launched Igniting Change Co, an LLC dedicated to training motivational interviewing. Now she's spreading her magic far and wide, training MI for social workers, MI for behavioral health teams, and MI for tobacco treatment specialists. She is a change catalyst in human form, helping professionals unlock their potential to make a real difference in people's lives.

By day, she has the privilege of working under 2 research psychologists in a busy downtown Minneapolis hospital, working alongside patients to help them make health behavior changes, and guiding other medical staff in honing in on their empathetic and empowering communication.

When Sarah's not training or helping people to change and grow, you'll find her thrift shopping, relaxing on a pontoon on one of Minnesota's many lakes, or listening to podcasts ranging from murder mysteries to gut biome to motivational interviewing musings.
