Join Ken­neth Young Cen­ter (KYC) for the Hus­tle for Health 5K Run/​Walk, our sig­na­ture annu­al event and largest fundrais­er of the year. Whether you run, walk, or stroll as a fam­i­ly across the fin­ish line, every step you take sup­ports health­i­er lives across our community.

When you hus­tle with KYC, you’re help­ing ensure vital com­mu­ni­ty behav­ioral health, old­er adult, and com­mu­ni­ty health ser­vices remain acces­si­ble to those who need them most.

This year is extra spe­cial as we cel­e­brate 25 years of move­ment through the Hus­tle for Health and 55 years of impact at Ken­neth Young Center.

Reg­is­tra­tion

Online reg­is­tra­tion is now closed. You may reg­is­ter on-site at the event for the same cost of $55 for chip-timed run­ners and $10 for walkers.

Park­ing + Shuttle

Park­ing at the for­est pre­serve is lim­it­ed. Park­ing and shut­tle ser­vice is avail­able from the Elk Grove High School. Shut­tle ser­vice is avail­able from 8:00a‑2:00p. Please arrive ear­ly to allow time for park­ing and check-in

Pets

Pets are not per­mit­ted with run­ners; how­ev­er, walk­ing par­tic­i­pants are wel­come to bring pets. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please be con­sid­er­ate of oth­er par­tic­i­pants and the envi­ron­ment, and be sure to clean up after your pet.
