Our community-based, not-for-profit organization "helps people feel good, do better, and find solutions". A variety of programs provide assessment, counseling, psychiatric, recovery, and support services for people like these:
Individuals challenged by serious mental disorders, for whom skill training, socialization and advocacy lead to recovery
Youth seeking to make healthy decisions, overcome depression, and avoid drugs
Kids in psychiatric crisis, needing immediate assessment
Families working through difficult transitions
Individuals immobilized by a life crisis, anxiety or depression
Elders struggling to stay independent and in their own homes
People seeking to serve their community through volunteerism

| We are committed to improving the overall wellness of our clients and the community and are hosting a FREE Wellness Fair which is open to the public. We will have FREE chair massages, acupuncture, reflexology, blood pressure, cholesterol screening, product samples, Reiki experiences, and more from professional and experienced massage therapists, chiropractors, nutritionists, hypnotherapists, and health care leaders including Elk Grove Park District, Health First Schaumburg, Whole Health Pros, Healthy Inspirations, Arbonne, Meadows Credit Union, Tend 2 Corporation, Mentors For Change, Inc., NAMI, Perry Weight Loss Center, Markgraf Reflexology, Art Institute, and Workplace Solutions. |

| Holiday Giving |

| Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's holidays brighter and happier for our clients through our Adopt A Family program. We wish to recognize our generous community and corporate partners that made the holidays special for more than 400 of our neediest children, adults, families and senior clients (225+ children and adolescents, 130 adults, and 47 home-bound seniors). |
